Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Izac Peterson LLC, doing business as Secrets and Stuff (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Secrets and Stuff, you agree to these terms.

The service

Secrets and Stuff provides encrypted storage and sharing features for scripts, configuration, secrets, and related information. The service includes personal organizations, shared organizations, audit and version history features, and one-time share links. The precise security model and its current limitations are described on our Security page.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, keep control of your Google account, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law. You may not:

• use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or distribute malware;
• attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• probe, scan, or access another person’s data without authorization; or
• interfere with the service or use it in a way that creates unreasonable load.

Your content and access decisions

You retain ownership of your content. You give us the limited permission needed to host, encrypt, process, transmit, and display it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for choosing who may access an item or share link and for maintaining your own copies of important information. Do not rely on Secrets and Stuff as your only backup.

Paid subscriptions

Personal organizations are currently free. Shared-organization subscriptions are billed per seat at the price and interval shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; any changes take effect as shown there. Fees already paid are nonrefundable unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features or plans. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or comply with law. Where practical, we will give notice of material changes that adversely affect your paid subscription.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, Izac Peterson LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
